Let's keep this real, shall we? I've yet to meet or hear a woman say, he nurtures my soul. Instead I've heard, "He hits my spot just right. He loves me. He spends money on me." Then I've had the guys that gave me anything I wanted money, handbags, clothes, shoes, etc. And what did I give in return? My time, my body and at times, I even cooked a good dish or two. But, many of you are giving your mind, body AND cash - at the expense of your kids and a few bills. So were we giving these men something they can feel. Sure, but at the end of the day what did we feel? Baby, sex means nothing unless it is an extension of your love and not what he can do or does for you. And your love should mean more than just fulfilling his needs while neglecting your own. So in the words of Aretha Franklin or En Vogue, instead of "giving him something he can feel so that he knows your love is real", give yourself something that you can feel that lasts much longer than his visit and...excuse my French...a nut or two.
